Vallbanc (formerly BPA) was founded in 1957 as Banca Privada d’Andorra. BPA has been relabeled to Vallbanc following the crisis in 2015. Vall Banc in Andorra is a financial institution specialized in private banking services acquired in 2016 by J. C. Flowers & Co. Vallbanc seeks now to renew its image and demonstrate transparency and clarity with the management of around €2 billion in assets. Vall Banc offers domestic retail banking and international wealth management services.

Vall Banc platform

In 2021 Vall Banc will migrate technological infrastructure to the RSI digital macro platform, which is already used by 75 financial institutions with a very high level of user experience satisfaction.

This platform has more than eight million customers who make an average of 5,000 million transactions per year, and is the perfect solution for medium-sized banks such as Vall Banc, as it allows them to compete on equal terms with large corporations.
